In the last few years, Tessari Energia Spa has invested specifically in the generator set sector and, in particular, in
biogas powered systems equipped with original motorizations by MAN, a company Tessari Energia Spa has been efficiently collaborating with. This type of production includes machines with a maximum power of 400 kWe.
The proposals by Tessari Energia include modularity; indeed, 1 MWe can be installed with three 340 kWe machines; this fractionization ensures the plant efficiency in the event of a technical stop of a generator set.
Tessari Energia Spa can meet the needs of sector specialists such as designing studios, power balance professionals, final users and plant and accessory manufacturers.
A favorable moment, due to governmental incentives granted to the industry of set generators, stimulates commercial proposals as well as optimizes and standardizes production. This is possible by using components that are tested in accordance with very reliable quality standards deriving from constant research aimed at getting the best results.

As a concrete example of the possible applications, see the power plant supplied by S. Carlo company from
Fossana (Cn) which has the following characteristics: 1MWe installed power, power plant made with 3 generator sets with 333kWe electrical power per unit, thermal recovery with modules for recovering from water and fumes, 3 Man E 28 42 LE 312 motors, feed: biogas from wet waste with 5200 kcal/Nm3 heating power, consumption of each generator set:
150 Nm3/hour, thermal recovery per generator set: 364,210 Kcal/hour equal to 423 kWt, generator sets managed by
parallel machines/ panelboard of parallel network.
